Beatrice Santos

1937 - 2023

Beatrice Santos passed peacefully during her morning prayers on September 13, 2023 after making breakfast for her lovingly devoted husband, just as she did every morning for 68 years. Prayer book in hand, she went the way she deserved - arm in arm with her Lord and in perfect peace. At the age of 86 she is survived by her husband, 2 brothers, 4 children, 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild who will never forget what she meant to them.

Beatrice was “Grandma Bea” to many of those close to her regardless of age or family connection - simply because in meeting her, a loving, caring grandma is what she immediately became to you. You’d often hear her before you saw her with “what do you want to eat?!” ringing from the kitchen window. A truly selfless woman from humble beginnings, Grandma Bea lived life asking for nothing while giving everything, moving through this world protecting and providing for her family with a singular determination.

Grandma Bea, you will be missed beyond words - but as one of Heaven’s newest angels, we know you are closer now to us than ever before. We hear your voice and feel your love and will have you by our side until we see you at Home.

Services will be held on November 13, 2023 at 9:30am at Mililani Memorial Makai Chapel. Burial to follow.
